LGD Gaming and MOUZ played to a draw in the group stage of 1win Essence II
LGD Gaming and MOUZ could not determine a winner in their 1win Essence II group stage match and split the points.
On the first map, MOUZ began to pull ahead after dominating the lanes. By the 21st minute, their lead over their opponent exceeded 6,000 gold, and by the 32nd minute, it reached 16,000, allowing them to open the series with a win.
In the second game, the South American team repeatedly tried to gain an advantage, while MOUZ managed to even the score several times—until the 25th minute, after which the Chinese club’s players rapidly pulled ahead and left their opponents behind, which ultimately allowed them to even the series.
Both teams earned one point each and moved into the top positions in Group A.
The 1win Essence II Dota 2 tournament is being held online from July 30 to August 5. Ten teams from various regions have been invited to the tournament, and they will share a $200,000 prize pool. Half of the prize pool is awarded to the first-place team.
