LGD Gaming defeated BetBoom Team, and Team Liquid defeated Xtreme Gaming in the group stage of BLAST Slam VII

LGD Gaming and Team Liquid emerged victorious in their matches against BetBoom Team and Xtreme Gaming, respectively, in the group stage of BLAST Slam VII.

The match between BB Team and LGD Gaming was dominated by the latter. The Chinese club’s players played more confidently on the lanes and steadily built up an economic advantage until they secured the victory in the 32nd minute with a score of 32-6.

The lead in the Team Liquid vs. Xtreme Gaming match shifted back and forth, but in the end, it was the Western European team that managed to secure it. From the 26th to the 30th minute, William “Blitz” Lee’s squad pulled ahead by more than ten thousand gold, and by the end of the game, they were leading their opponent by more than thirty thousand.

Thus, LGD and Liquid started the group stage with wins, while BB Team and XG have yet to earn any points.

Slam VII runs from May 26 to June 7; the event is divided into a remote group stage and a playoff, which will be played at the BLAST studio in the Danish capital. The prize pool for the ongoing competition is $1 million.
