LGD Gaming qualified for The International 2026 from South America

LGD Gaming has joined the roster of participants for The International 2026. The team qualified through the South American qualifiers, defeating PlayTime 3-0 in the final.
On the first map, the teams were evenly matched, but at the 29-minute mark, LGD pulled off several successful team fights, which allowed them to gain a significant advantage and secure the win shortly thereafter. The second game went according to plan for Igor “kaffs” Furtado’s squad, who “locked in” a Broodmother-carry draft. The third map lasted 58 minutes, during which the Chinese club’s players secured 60 kills while suffering 22 deaths.
