Miposhka commented on the victory over Team Nemesis during the group stage of the Esports World Cup 2026

Team Spirit’s Dota 2 coach, Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, commented on the victory over Team Nemesis on the second day of the group stage of the 2026 Esports World Cup via the club’s official Telegram channel.
Hi everyone! Well, that wraps up the series against Nemesis. We’ve already had a chance to eat, and now we’re recording this kind of content for you. How did the series go? It ended 2-0. It wasn’t exactly flawless, but first, for example, I’ll note that the draft was perfect, in my personal opinion. I mean, we had a lot of room to spare. Yeah, there were some minor slip-ups here and there at the start—we didn’t quite manage to play at our best—but I could just feel in my heart that it was going to be an easy, easy win.
The second game, though—yeah, the second one was a bit more dangerous. I mean, our opponents had Beastmaster and Enigma—they had a really well-balanced pick, and we could see where they were going with it, so it was a little nerve-wracking and dangerous. But then we took them down a couple of times, and after that, I wasn’t really worried anymore. We’ll be preparing for Vici Gaming now, so see you tomorrow
Team Spirit will face Vici Gaming today at 5:00 p.m. Moscow time as part of Day 3 of EWC 2026. Earlier, Miposhka spoke about his role as a coach: “Being a coach is much easier because I don’t have to play as much. I stopped competing recently, so I still know how the game works and how to move.”
