Community caster Alexander “Nix” Levin, during a live stream on Twitch, listed the things he could praise the Dota 2 developers for and assessed Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov’s influence on Team Spirit’s drafts.
I want to praise the developers. All the heroes added recently are really *** [awesome]. Kez, Largo, Ringmaster—they’re all really cool and conceptually... No Marci—*** [nonsense]. That’s what I want to praise the developer for.
I also want to praise the developer for *** [stealing] all sorts of features from League of Legends. The fact that he at least plays League of Legends himself and *** [steals] all kinds of features: he made new flashes, all sorts of other stuff, ranked modes, some settings, quick casts, and so on.
Miposhka’s arrival, of course, and his immediate excellent use of Yatoro as a carry: he starts playing on solid heroes like Nature’s Prophet and Terrorblade, rather than the trash he played at BLAST Slam VII. There’s no need to rush over to him and try to do something—I don’t know, cast Chaos Knight’s stun. Great, great—Yarik is actually doing a great job.
Earlier, Alexander “Nix” Levin explained the advantage of the soft lane following the neutral item changes, spoke about coaching, the lack of standout personalities in Dota, and criticized the format of the European qualifiers for The International.
