On Yandex’s drafts at the Esports World Cup 2026
Honestly, we were preparing for something completely different. In the first game, they picked Dark Seer. We thought they might do something like that, but we didn’t expect it. After all, they had different picks. In the second game, the draft was more standard—exactly what we had expected.
I think both we and they had good drafts in the second game; it’s just that, in that situation, I think we should have won. Then again, we lost—okay. And the third game—I don’t know, we kind of expected everything they picked. The only thing was that Jakiro was an unexpected pick—that was the first one—and PL—we kind of expected that, but it seemed tough for us on PL.
On leaving Yandex
It wasn’t exactly a mutual decision. I was told that the guys had gelled well with DM, and they felt that was for the best.
On how I feel about the victory over Yandex
[Solo: “So, was this kind of a little bit of revenge for you against the team?”]
Not exactly revenge.
[Solo: “Well, it’s nice to beat your ex.”]
Obviously, it’s nice, but I’m on good terms with all the guys. Because this is my first season, and it started with them.
PARIVISION took first place at the 2026 Esports World Cup in Dota 2, earning $750,000 and 1,000 EWC club points. The tournament took place in Paris from July 7 to 19, with a total prize pool of $2 million. Next, PV will compete at The International 2026 under the name TEAM VISION.
