Tomorrow marks the start of the first matches in the closed qualifiers for The International 2026 in Southeast Asia. The qualifier format, team rosters, and the schedule for Day 1 are detailed below.
Format
The qualifiers will take place from June 19 to 23. Ten teams will compete for a single spot at The International 2026. The qualifiers will be held in a double-elimination format, which gives teams the opportunity to continue competing after their first loss. Grind Back, Mentality Monsters, Yangon Galacticos, and InterActive Philippines will start in the first round, while the remaining participants will begin in the quarterfinals.
