On Largo and Malr1ne
Afoninje: The funniest thing is that when Largo got patched, he ended up in mid. Although an unpatched Largo in mid would’ve been a total beast.
RAMZES: I think, for the most part, mid laners just didn’t want to play him.
Afoninje: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
RAMZES: He’s just not a hero for mid laners.
Afoninje: I don’t know—think of it like picking a hero with a Radiant and farming.
RAMZES: It’s the kind of hero Stasyan [Malr1ne] plays. Not everyone here is like Stasyanchik. <...> No one else has a hero pool like Stasyan’s. It’s that specific.
About Xakoda and Ekki
RAMZES: Did Xakoda even have one decent team after VP? No negativity, no *** [hype]—nothing. As far as I know, he’s always been high-ranked, and he’s young. He was bound to break out at some point.
Afoninje: He was in the top 2 in some qualifiers.
RAMZES: To be honest, I don’t remember at all. I just couldn’t lane with him. That’s the exact meta—0-6 in the lane and 5,000 gold behind at level 10. With Xakoda. It was tough for me back then, really tough.

RAMZES: I think when you have four decent guys on your team, you get into shape quickly. I don’t know how to explain it.
