Professional player Jonas “SabeRLight-” Wołek took to X to reflect on his time working at The International 2026 lighting studio and spoke about his desire to continue his career as a player.
I am very grateful for the invitation to work at TI and for all the kindness and support from my colleagues and the staff—it was a great experience. However, working in the TI studio reminded me how much I long to compete and strive to be the best... Whether it’s playing for a Tier 1 team or spending the next few months working, streaming, reclaiming the top spot in the rankings, and participating as a stand-in—I’ll give it my all in the upcoming season. No setback will stop me on my path to becoming the best, and you’ll be seeing a lot more of me.
This year, SabeRLight competed for Virtus.pro alongside former Shopify Rebellion players. Following the conclusion of The International 2026, the Eastern European esports organization announced the dissolution of the roster.
