Team Yandex defeated Nigma Galaxy in the upper semifinal of The International 2026 playoffs.
Nigma Galaxy won the first map, but in the second game, Team Yandex evened the series. On the decisive map, Arman “Malady” Orazbayev’s team secured the series victory after winning several crucial engagements.
Thus, Team Yandex advances to the upper bracket final, while Nigma Galaxy will continue its run in the lower bracket quarterfinals.
The final stage of The International 2026 is taking place August 20–23 at the Shanghai East Sports Center. As of this writing, the total prize pool for the year’s premier championship stands at $3,256,591.
