The match between PlayTime and Vici Gaming in the first survival round of the EWC 2026 has been postponed indefinitely.

The organizers of the Dota 2 Esports World Cup 2026 announced on the tournament’s official X page that the PlayTime vs. Vici Gaming match in the first survival round has been postponed indefinitely.
The decision was made as a precautionary measure, though the organizers did not specify the exact reason for the schedule change. As of this writing, it is unknown when the series will take place.
Earlier, Alexander “StrangeR” Solomonov, sports director of L1GA TEAM, commented on the organization of the 2026 Dota 2 Esports World Cup: “Yes, there were some missteps on the part of the organizers, but overall they did a great job—putting together such a large-scale tournament on such a tight schedule is no small feat.”
