Vici Gaming qualified for The International 2026 from China

Vici Gaming secured China’s second slot for The International 2026 by defeating Yakutou Brothers in the lower bracket final.
Vici claimed victory on the first map, but in the second game, Wang “Yakult” Hao’s team set a blistering pace to even the series. On the decisive map, Vici Gaming staged a comeback from a deficit of more than 59,000 gold to seal the victory.

The closed Chinese qualifiers for The International 2026 took place from June 15 to 18. Vici Gaming, Roar Gaming, Team Resilience, Yakutou Brothers, Team Refuser, Game Master, Cloud Rising, and Grey Track participated in the qualifiers. The region was allocated two slots for the main tournament, with Team Resilience securing the first spot based on the qualifiers’ results.
