Rustam “Adekvat” Mavlyutov expects to see a great grand final:
LGD are great. Given their run in the tournament, it’s impossible not to root for them in the grand final. I can’t see a 3-0 result from Yandex, which means LGD will take some maps and put up a fight.
I’m heading to the spectator area, grabbing a wheat smoothie with Senya [ArsZeeqq], and getting ready for a great match—which is what I wish for you all too!
I’m going on a commentary hiatus—time to get back into poker and enjoy the summer!

Kaffs is outpicking [BB Team] very aggressively, and finally, LGD has stopped messing around in the playoffs after winning their groups. Incredible progress—a joy to watch.
The team that doesn’t pick Largo will become the champion of Riad and Inta

South America’s second final in history! And, incidentally, this is the most difficult opponent for Yandex in the entire tournament.
For some reason, I believe LGD will take the title

LGD in the grand final—a first in the history of South American Dota [HEROIC took first place at PGL Wallachia Season 2. — Ed.]. They’re excellent at drafting, gameplay, and, most importantly, their mindset. It’ll be a clean 3-0; all that’s left is to press the buttons.
Raulino “OldR” Alves praised the South Americans’ play:
The South American team, featuring Brazilians in its lineup, has reached the finals of a Tier 1 Dota 2 tournament. Wisper is putting on an incredible performance alongside TaiLung. The Brazilian supports are flawless in this series. kaffs’ tactical genius with Puck on the ninth pick. Brazil and South America—that’s LGD in this final!
