Wisper apologized for his comments defending TaiLung in Dota 2

I want to clarify what I said yesterday because I understand why it disappointed many people. I am completely against match-fixing. It undermines the integrity of competition, betrays your teammates, and has no place in professional Dota 2.

Yesterday, I spoke out of frustration and directed some of that frustration toward my former teammates. That was wrong. I also said that they were happy, though I can’t know for sure how they felt. I apologize to them.

I also did not mean to imply that it was wrong to bring to light a situation that could have jeopardized the integrity of the competition. I should not have given the opposite impression. A personal connection is involved here, but that does not change my position on match-fixing and does not justify what I said. I take responsibility for expressing myself poorly, for the negative attention my words caused, and for not making my position clear enough.

I’m very sorry that my words disappointed so many people. I hope that through my actions, I can regain their trust.
