Aurevia Team has advanced to the upper bracket final of the MLBB Continental Championships Season 8
Aurevia Team won their semifinal match in the upper bracket of the MLBB Continental Championships Season 8 against Team Yandex. The match ended with a score of 3-2.
Aurevia Team took the first map of the best-of-five series—the teams were neck and neck in the opening minutes, but in the second half of the game, Team Yandex lost its edge in team fights. Team Yandex won the next two maps in a row: Castle was named MVP of the second map with a KDA of 0/0/16, and the third map ended in a decisive 21–3 victory. The fourth map turned into a rout for Team Yandex—Aurevia Team tied the series at 2–2, closing out the game with a score of 16–1. Aurevia Team continued its dominance in the fifth and decisive map, significantly outfarming its opponent.
Team Yandex fell into the lower bracket, where they will face the loser of the Team Spirit vs. RAKUZAN match for a chance to remain in the tournament. Aurevia Team, meanwhile, will face the winner of that match in the upper bracket final.
Following the MLBB Continental Championships Season 8 playoffs, three teams will represent the EECA region at the M8 World Championship. The championship winner will earn a spot in the main stage of the World Championship, while the teams finishing in second and third place will begin the tournament in the wild-card stage.
