Team Spirit mid-laner Matayos “Kid Bomba” Hadjilakos, in a post-match interview with the organizers of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026, commented on the team’s victory over Team Vamos and stated that the “Dragons” feel confident in their abilities at the tournament.
On the victory over Team Vamos
I feel great. We knew we’d win; we knew we’d win 3-0. Team Vamos made a mistake by picking our team as their opponent. We played poorly in our last match, but in this one, we showed what Team Spirit is all about and sent our opponents home.
On Team Spirit at MSC 2026
Every team knows we’re good. We’ve had impressive results in scrims against other rosters, and they know it. We’re a threat. Team Spirit had a rough start to the championship, but now we’re back in the game and at the top of our game. Everyone else should be afraid of us.
On preparing for the match against Team Vamos
Our roster prepared very well for Team Vamos. We knew we couldn’t underestimate this team. The result of our practice matches was 3-0.
On the next opponent
To be honest, I don’t really care who our next opponent will be. Team Spirit has a good track record against Aurora Gaming on the international stage, and we beat ONIC in our last match against them. I’d love to face Kelra again and send him home. We’ll see what happens.
Team Spirit defeated Team Vamos 3-0 in the quarterfinals of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026 playoffs, advancing to the semifinals of the tournament. In their next playoff match, Kid Bomba’s team will face the winner of the Aurora Gaming–ONIC series for a spot in the championship grand final.
