Nathzz shared his thoughts on playing for Aurora Gaming PH as the explainer, replacing Edward.
Aurora Gaming PH’s new mid laner, Nathaniel “Nathzz” Estrolog, spoke about the pressure he’s been feeling since he started playing for the team in place of the departed Edward “Edward” Dapadapa.
Playing as the explainer for Aurora Gaming PH really puts pressure on me, since Edward was one of the best players in that role. He and Sanford are very close in terms of achievements and greatness. So I find myself thinking things like, “I’ll try to surpass him” or “I’ll try to do what he used to do for the team.” The pressure is there, but I’m doing the best I can. I’m still figuring myself out.
Earlier, Aurora Gaming PH signed Nathaniel “Nathzz” Astrolog, jungler Kyle “Koyl” Reyes, and substitute player Yecs. With these new additions to the roster, the team will compete in the MPL Philippines Season 18 regular season, which kicks off on August 21, 2026.
