August 15:
- Team Flash 1–2 Bigetron MY by VIT;
- RRQ Tora 0–2 Team Rey.
- Selangor Red Giants 2–0 Invictus Gaming.
August 16:
- Invictus Gaming 2–0 RRQ Tora;
- Team Rey 0–2 Selangor Red Giants.
Bigetron MY by VIT and Selangor Red Giants finished the first week of the regular season undefeated, securing the top spots in the standings. Team Vamos won one match, AC Esports lost their match, and Invictus Gaming and Team Rey are tied at 1–1. Team Flash and RRQ Tora are at the bottom of the standings.

The regular season of MPL Malaysia Season 18 kicked off on August 14 and will run through October 18. The matches in this stage, as well as the entire tournament, are being held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Eight teams will qualify for the competition’s playoffs, where two slots for the M8 World Championship will be up for grabs.
