VRS analyst Finn “Mischief” Farrer presented an updated forecast on the race for invites to the PGL Major Singapore 2026 among teams from Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The post was published on social media platform X.
Farrer highlighted several matches and tournaments whose results could influence the allocation of slots. In Europe, he noted that B8 Esports must finish at least second at the Tesla Cup 2026 to secure an invite. HOTU, on the other hand, needs to win the tournament to qualify for the Major.
The analyst also drew attention to Stake Ranked Episode 5, where the results could affect the chances of several European teams, including Eternal Fire, BIG, Fnatic, and Inner Circle. The latter three teams need to finish at least second, while Eternal Fire must win the tournament.
In the North American region, Mischief highlighted the NRG vs. Wildcard match at FiReSPORTS Last Chance 2026 and the Gamers Club Masters VII tournament in Brazil, while in the Asian region, he pointed to the competition at HyperX Retake Season 13. The DFRAG Invitational 2026 is also important for FlyQuest: the Australian team will secure a Major invite if it finishes in the top 2 of the tournament. The Moscow Cyber Games 2026 and the MESA Pro Series Halloween Edition 2026 may also have a minor impact on the distribution of invitations.
Earlier, Mischief reported that The MongolZ had secured an invite to the PGL Singapore Major 2026. According to the analyst’s assessment, BC.Game Esports and Lynn Vision Gaming also have a high chance of receiving invites.
