Astra Invicta has left PARI UNIVERSE by FISSURE

Astra Invicta became the first team to be eliminated from the PARI UNIVERSE by FISSURE playoffs. In the elimination match, they lost to Team Liquid 0–2.

On the first map, “the Horses” took the lead early on through lane play; Liquid then steadily built on that advantage and secured objectives until they emerged victorious. In the second game, Kuro “KuroKy” Salehi Tahasomi did not allow their opponents to repeat the scenario from the previous map; in the mid-game, AI attempted to take control of the situation, but Liquid managed to seize the lead and subsequently close out the series.

Team Liquid will play its next match tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. Moscow time—their opponent will be determined based on the results of today’s upper bracket series.

Astra Invicta finished in 7th–8th place, earning $5,000 in prize money. AI finished the group stage with a 1–3 record, but in the tiebreaker matches, they defeated BetBoom Team, advancing to the playoffs, where they lost to Team Yandex 1–2 in the upper bracket.
