Another fan ran onto the stage during a match at the IEM Cologne Major 2026
A fan climbed onto the stage at the LANXESS Arena during the grand final of the IEM Cologne Major 2026 between Team Falcons and FURIA.
On the third map of the match, with the score at 2-1 in favor of Team Falcons, an unidentified fan climbed onto the stage but was immediately tackled to the ground by arena security. Security personnel spoke with the immobilized man, quickly helped him to his feet, and escorted him back to the audience area; the fan’s fate remains unknown.
The IEM Cologne Major 2026 is taking place from June 2 to 21 in Cologne. Of the 32 participants, only two teams remain in the competition: Team Falcons and FURIA, who are currently battling it out in the event’s grand final for the championship title and $500,000 in prize money.
