Legacy captain Andrei “arT” Piovesan commented on the victory over FURIA in an interview at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS, spoke about his performance as IGL, and assessed the individual skill level of Santino “try” Rigal.
On the match against FURIA
I’m very happy. It’s always nice to beat such a strong team. The match turned out to be exciting, and I’m pleased with our victory.
On the role of IGL
Yes, I made a couple of mistakes with my calls today, but there were still far fewer than yesterday. That’s a good sign for the team, and personally, I’m trying to do everything I can.
On “try”
He’s a very skilled player and performs exceptionally well individually. He has excellent CS and simply wipes out everyone in his path.
On our goal at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS
We want to win the tournament, and I think we’re heading in the right direction right now.
Earlier, Legacy defeated FURIA 2–0 in a seeding match at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS. Andrei “arT” Piovessan’s team proved stronger on Mirage (13–7) and Ancient (13–9), securing a direct spot in the tournament’s semifinals. FURIA, meanwhile, will begin the playoffs in the quarterfinals.
