Alliance sniper Sean “eraa” Knutsson spoke in an interview at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS about the team’s morale, discussed his individual play, and outlined the team’s main goals.
As you said, it feels great. It was a long day, but we prepared really well. We love playing CS, so everything is great.
We really believe in ourselves and know what we’re capable of. When we manage to play our game, we perform very well. The last time we were here in China, things went pretty much the same way. So we’re not particularly surprised by our results now, but of course, we’re very happy.
It all depends on the map, but I like watching different snipers and how they play on specific maps. For example, I watch sh1ro on Ancient. To be honest, I used to play much more aggressively, but now I’m trying to find the right balance.
Our team’s main goal is to win a major tournament one day. For now, we’re trying to earn VRS points and qualify for a Major.
Earlier, Alliance defeated magic 2–0 in a group stage match at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS. The Swedish team prevailed on Ancient (16–13) and Inferno (13–7). Thanks to this victory, Alliance advanced to the tournament’s playoffs, while magic finished in 7th–8th place.
