Alexander “CacaNito,” the rifler for the JijieHao CS2 roster Kyulukoski shared his thoughts in an interview at the 2026 CS2 Esports World Cup following the victory over Team Spirit, assessed the performance of his teammate Florian “sinnopsyy” Gashi, and spoke about the team’s goals for the event.
On his feelings after the victory over Team Spirit
I feel great after this victory and am very happy. We’re playing with confidence—we just beat the world’s number one team—and I don’t even have anything else to add. We just need to keep working hard and show everything we’re capable of at this championship.
On preparing for the match against Team Spirit
Of course, we had a game plan for the match against Team Spirit. But before the match started, I reminded the guys that we didn’t need to come up with anything extraordinary or focus too much on our opponent. We’re strong in our own right, so we went in with the right mindset and won.
On sinnopsyy
He knows his players very well and understands how we need to move around the map during the match and exactly what to do. The captain does an excellent job leading the team, and he’s also very good individually.
On the team’s goals for the tournament
I’m actually a little surprised by our run. We had a pretty tough qualifier for this event, but we managed to make it through, and right now I don’t think there’s any pressure on us—after all, we have nothing to lose. We’ve already proven that we can beat the best, so we’ll just wait for our next opponent.
Yesterday, JijieHao defeated Team Spirit in their debut match at the 2026 Esports World Cup CS2 in a best-of-1 series with a score of 13–10 on Mirage. Alexander “CacaNito” Kyulukoski’s team advanced to the upper bracket semifinals of the group stage and will face GamerLegion today.
