Counter-Strike 2’s peak concurrent players in July fell by nearly 153,000 compared to June
Counter-Strike 2’s peak online player count in July stood at 1,420,896. This information was provided by experts at Steam Charts.
According to the portal’s data, the peak online player count for CS2 dropped by 152,831 users compared to June, while the average figure fell by 6.92%—last month it stood at 916,655.

Valve recently released an update for Counter-Strike 2, which introduced new Ranked Series IEM Cologne Major 2026 stickers, updated community-created maps, and fixed several in-game bugs.
