Jimpphat on Aurora Gaming’s new roster: “We have a lot of potential”

Personally, I’d rate it an eight out of ten. Everything’s fine; I still have plenty of energy. I’m just exhausted because the game is in the morning. That’s the only reason, yeah.

I think everything’s going well so far. Playing with the new roster is a lot of fun, and getting to know these guys is too. They’re really funny. I think I’m enjoying playing myself, too. I mean, we haven’t played that much yet—we haven’t gone to four tournaments in a row. But in any case, everything’s going well. So far, I’m happy with what I’ve seen from the team, and I think we have a lot of potential. We’re just enjoying the process, taking each day as it comes, accepting things as they are, and going with the flow.

We’ve got a couple of new tricks up our sleeves, so we’ll see. We’ve already played against 9z Team, so in a sense we know what they’ll do. We can review that match and all that. I think we’ve prepared well. We’ll see how well 9z Team is prepared today. Maybe the game will be really intense or close—we’ll see. But in any case, it’s the first match of the tournament, so I hope everything goes well. And yes, I just want us to play our own game and see where that takes us.
