Team Spirit captain Boris “magixx” Vorobyov addressed fans ahead of the 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2. His message was posted on the club’s official Telegram channel.
Hello everyone, we’ve been in Paris for a few days now at our boot camp, where we’re preparing for the EWC—the Esports World Cup. We’re training, warming up, getting ready, and so on. Come cheer on Team Spirit—it’s coming up very soon.
The 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2 will take place in Paris from August 12 to 23. The tournament’s prize pool is $2,000,000. Thirty-two invited and qualified teams will compete for the trophy.
