Team Vitality rifler Robin “ropz” Kohl shared on social media platform X how difficult it was for him to cope with accusations of cheating early in his career.

When one user pointed out that ropz was able to prove his innocence, the esports player emphasized that he isn’t trying to defend anyone in the current dispute and is merely describing the feelings of someone who found themselves under such pressure.
Robin also noted that his own innocence was never guaranteed in the eyes of the public. According to ropz, if his results at LAN tournaments or on FACEIT had been worse than expected, it would only have intensified the suspicions and psychological pressure.

Earlier, Team Vitality captain Dan “apEX” Madesclere praised his teammate Robin “ropz” Kolja, stating that he is undoubtedly a star player, just like the team’s sniper, Mathieu “ZywOo” Erbo. The team’s IGL also emphasized that ropz’s skill in the support and lurker roles is simply incredible.
