Members of the Counter-Strike 2 community posted on their personal social media accounts, commenting on Team Vitality’s victory over MOUZ in the ESL Pro League Season 24 grand final.
Marcelo “coldzera” David congratulated the team on their tournament victory and said their era continues:
Vitality never ceases to amaze! It seemed like their era had come to an end, but they went out and won yet another Tier 1 tournament! It was incredible! Congratulations to the team on their victory!
Analyst Alex “Mauisnake” Ellenberg noted Vitality’s dominance throughout ESL Pro League Season 24:
It’s time to start fearing Vitality again. They crushed PARIVISION, confidently defeated Aurora, and reminded the revamped MOUZ roster that they’re still capable of dominating on the big stage when at full strength.
They remain the most balanced team on the pro scene, led by the best captain in CS2 history.
For his part, Jakob “Pimp” Winneke named the “Bees” the top favorites for the PGL Singapore Major 2026:
With this performance, Vitality has made it clear that they remain the best team in the world.
The situation with apEX’s replacement at the next tournament certainly introduces some uncertainty, but I’m convinced that with its full roster, this team will be the top favorite at the PGL Singapore Major 2026.
Host James “BanKs” Banks assessed Team Vitality’s current form:
Vitality made a strong statement by securing a convincing victory in the ESL Pro League Season 24 finals—this is the team’s second consecutive tournament win. The team is in excellent form, despite the fact that mezii recently became a father and apEX is eagerly preparing to become one... The battle for the Major trophy is getting more and more exciting!
Esports player Epitácio “TACO” de Melo reflected on the team’s achievements and its contribution to the development of Counter-Strike:
Vitality is truly committed to the development of the pro scene and the success of its players.
Yesterday, they won yet another trophy and, in my opinion, became the best team in CS history. Right now, Vitality is demonstrating an unprecedented level of consistency. Congratulations to the organization and its players—they’re doing an amazing job!
Earlier, Mathieu “ZywOo” Erbo was named the best player of ESL Pro League Season 24—the Frenchman’s average rating for the entire tournament was 1.44. This MVP award marks the 34th of the Team Vitality sniper’s career.
