Thorin on BLAST Bounty Summer 2026: “FaZe did practically everything that could be expected of them.”

Thorin: Actually, FaZe came into BLAST Bounty Summer 2026 as the second-strongest team and could have won this LAN, but that was probably their best shot. Now, looking back, you remember: before the tournament started, everyone was saying that Spirit had the best chance. People were wondering, “Who knows what’s going on with MOUZ?” Liquid might have been in the mix, too. But overall, I have to say that FaZe did pretty much everything that could be expected of them. Were the guys good overall? Maybe frozen could have played a little better.

voo: I mean, FaZe played well. Initially, even before their match against Spirit, I thought they’d have a chance against MOUZ, but that Spirit with donk would just run them over. But donk played like crap. To be honest, FaZe should’ve taken that Anubis map. Yeah, but it all comes down to that one game specifically. Take Neityu—he consistently makes completely unforgivable mistakes two or three times per match, basically throwing away rounds. But at this tournament, at least he had some standout moments that made up for it.

Mauisnake: I want to say that JBOEN is, at the very least, a promising player. I just wanted to point that out. I don’t know what to think about Neityu. It seems to me that there are better mid-laners out there. I think that moment on Cache is forever etched in my memory, although, actually, Neityu pulled off a few good defensive plays on Dust2 against Spirit, which was surprising.
