Aurora Gaming lost to Natus Vincere and was eliminated from PGL Wallachia Season 9

Natus Vincere defeated Aurora Gaming in the quarterfinals of the lower bracket of the PGL Wallachia Season 9 playoffs. The match ended with a score of 2-0.

Natus Vincere won the first map 43–19 in 46 minutes. Artem “Niku” Bachkur extended his winning streak on Huskar to 14. The second map was close until the 35th minute, but then NAVI took control and quickly capitalized on their advantage to secure the victory.

Aurora finished in 5th–6th place at the championship in Romania and earned $60,000. Natus Vincere will face Xtreme Gaming in the losers’ bracket semifinals—the match begins today, September 26, at 7:00 p.m. Moscow time.

Aurora Gaming competed in the championship with a stand-in: Igor “Stojkov” Stoykov replaced Raflay “Mikoto” Fatura Rahman in the mid lane. It was also the first tournament for Oliver “skiter” Lepko. The Slovak player most often played Sven (4 matches, 3 wins) and Lone Druid (3 matches, 2 wins).
