Dota 2 update from August 25, 2026: The International 2026 Champion Capsule for Team Spirit has been added
On the night of August 25, the Dota 2 developers released a minor update. The changes affected localization, in-game VPK archives, and Steam Workshop resources. The game’s main menu was also redesigned to feature the winners of The International 2026, and a tournament Champion Capsule with Team Spirit stickers was added.

Earlier, Team Spirit analyst Mark “sikle” Lerman commented on the duration of matches at The International 2026: “This edition of The International set a record for hour-long matches—at least over the past 7 years—both in terms of number and percentage.”
