Dota 2 Update from August 6: xiao8’s set and voiceover for The International 2026 draft stage
On the evening of August 5 and into the night of August 6, the Dota 2 developers released several updates, adding a new support set to The International 2026 Compendium and launching the Treasure of the Crimson Witness 2026.
List of Changes
- Added Zhang “xiao8” Nina’s skin to the TI 2026 Compendium.
- The Treasure of the Crimson Witness 2026 has been added.
- Added voice lines for hero picks and bans by teams competing in TI 2026.
- Silencer’s Intelligence Steal modifier has been adjusted.
- Translations for several languages, including Russian, have been updated.
The update size is 96.5 MB.
Support packs for lighting crew members and participants of the upcoming TI were added to Dota 2 on July 31. The basic talent bundle costs 76 ₽, while the team bundle costs 99 ₽. The tournament of the year will begin on August 13 and will be held in Shanghai this time.
