GLYPH defeated Enjoy, and REKONIX beat L1GA Team in the Dota 2 Games of the Future 2026 group stage.

GLYPH and REKONIX emerged victorious in their matches against L1GA Team and Enjoy, respectively, on the first day of the group stage of the 2026 Games of the Future Dota 2 tournament.
GLYPH got off to a shaky start on both maps against Enjoy, but managed to seize the upper hand and secure the win on both occasions.
REKONIX crushed L1GA Team with a score of 30–8. The second match was evenly contested, and in the end, L1GA Team managed to secure the victory. The third match didn’t see either team exerting clear dominance, but REKONIX managed to secure the win thanks to some well-executed team fights.
Thus, GLYPH and REKONIX secured their first victories, while L1GA Team and Enjoy suffered their first losses.
Games of the Future 2026 for Dota 2 is taking place from July 31 to August 5 in Astana. Teams are competing for a prize pool of $1,000,000 at the tournament. The defending champion is Win, which defeated Vikings 2-0 in the final of the previous tournament.
