Level UP and Nigma won their matches in the group stage of the 2026 Esports World Cup, while the Liquid match ended in a draw.

Level UP and Nigma Galaxy defeated L1GA TEAM and PlayTime, respectively, while Aurora Gaming and Team Liquid played to a draw on the fifth day of the 2026 Esports World Cup Dota 2 tournament.
The first match was completely dominated by Aurora Gaming, allowing them to secure an easy victory. Team Liquid managed to get revenge on the second map with a crushing victory.
PlayTime controlled the entire first map against Nigma Galaxy, but thanks to several won team fights, Nigma pulled ahead and won. The second match was dominated by Nigma.
Level UP didn’t let L1GA TEAM gain a single minute of advantage on the first map and won easily. The second match was dominated by L1GA, but Level UP managed to turn the match around and win.
As a result, Nigma Galaxy secures first place in Group B, while Aurora Gaming, Team Liquid, and PlayTime occupy second, third, and fourth places, respectively, and L1GA TEAM and PlayTime are eliminated from the competition.
The Dota 2 Esports World Cup 2026 is taking place in Paris from July 7 to 19. Team Spirit received a direct invite to the tournament as the defending champion; 12 teams qualified via the ESL Pro Tour rankings; and another 11 teams earned their spots through regional qualifiers.
