niu on The International 2026: “The main goal is to show our full potential and make it to the quarterfinals”
Team Resilience offlaner Li “niu” Kunbo, in an interview at Games of the Future 2026, summed up the team’s performance at the tournament and shared his expectations for their run at The International 2026.
On finishing third in the tournament
Of course, yesterday’s loss left a bitter taste, since we weren’t able to make it to the finals. Each of us feels a sense of disappointment. But this tournament was the team’s first experience at an overseas bootcamp, and we faced various challenges throughout the championship. The start wasn’t easy either. If we compare the final result with what we expected before the tournament began, we can accept it. It’s just a shame that we weren’t able to play in the finals and compete for the title.
On why niu is the one giving the interview
We have a pretty low-key roster; a lot of the guys aren’t big on giving interviews, so I usually handle that.
On the team’s most shy player
Probably zzq. Although Echo could also be called one of the most modest players.
On the upcoming appearance at The International 2026

As for predictions, I’m approaching the situation with caution. We have a lot of work ahead of us to make it into the top 8. Our main goal is to perform to the best of our ability and reach the quarterfinals.
Earlier, Li “niu” Kongbo spoke about Yellow Submarine in an interview at the 2026 Games of the Future: “They’re pretty young, and the future definitely belongs to them, so I wish them luck. But they need to keep training and playing hard.”
