PlayTime defeated Team Resilience in the Dota 2 playoffs of the 2026 Games of the Future
PlayTime defeated Team Resilience in the semifinals of the Games of the Future 2026 playoffs and advanced to the competition’s grand final.
On the first map, both teams traded the lead back and forth, but in the end, PlayTime pulled ahead and secured the victory. The second match was completely dominated by PlayTime.
Thus, PlayTime advances to the grand final, while Team Resilience will play in the third-place match.
The Dota 2 tournament as part of the Games of the Future 2026 is taking place from July 31 to August 5. The tournament’s prize pool is $1 million—five times larger than last year’s and the same as the prize pool in 2024. Another team will be eliminated from the tournament today.
