Team Spirit analyst Mark “sikle” Lerman discussed the bugs fixed in Dota 2 following the release of the second chapter of “The Dark Carnival” on his personal Telegram channel.

Third wave of bug fixes:
Damage dealt at short intervals was almost completely ignored by Mana Shield, causing Medusa to be quickly overwhelmed by, for example, Heartstopper Aura or Flame Guard, regardless of her mana level.
Jakiro could use Liquid Fire/Frost without mana if he set his abilities to autocast.
Morphling could use Devour indefinitely with a purchased Shard.
Chaos Knight could buy and sell Aghanim’s Scepter, permanently retaining the passive effect that grants a 50% chance to create an additional illusion.
Items that increased the radius (affected_by_aoe_increase) now correctly do so for the Natural Order aura. The long-suffering Nyx, whose Impale width hasn’t increased properly for seven centuries, remains unfixed, as do many other heroes. I’ll keep pushing for a fix.
Tinker would cast Laser on all enemies in the area if they were standing close enough to each other.
Broodmother would receive assists and gold for enemies dying under her Spin Web, even though the web’s debuff has long since been removed (it still exists, but is hidden).
At least 53 more bugs remain unresolved; I’ll keep an eye on them ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Earlier, Valve released the second chapter of “The Dark Carnival,” which added a mini-game inspired by Doodle Jump, introduced a free skin for Invoker, and continued the Ringmaster circus event storyline.
