Team Spirit analyst Mark “sikle” Lerman discussed the bugs fixed in the latest Dota 2 updates on his personal Telegram channel.

Today, they fixed a lot of bugs that I recently compiled and submitted. For some reason, they didn’t fix everything, but that’s already a good start:
The DOTA_DAMAGE_NO_SPELL_LIFESTEAL flag on abilities now works correctly with Spell Lifesteal sources. Due to the bug, it was possible to gain health, for example, through Battle Fury + Voodoo Mask. ...> The only thing not fixed is Moon Glaives—apparently an exception.
The Ancient Prowler Shaman’s Desecrate ability was incorrectly reducing base armor: instead of 50%, it was reducing it by ~96%. Now, only the base armor is visually reduced, as it should be. This bug was 8 years old; you can read about it here.
The Granite Golem’s Granite Aura would leave modified HP as healing when a hero entered and re-entered the aura’s radius, allowing heroes to heal to 100% in literally seconds.
Conjurer’s Catalyst didn’t work if it was equipped at the moment of death. The typo in `affected_by_aoe_increase` hasn’t been fixed, so the second bug is still present—items that increase radii don’t work.
Harmonizer, which, even after the previous fix, still did not work on ability charges for certain heroes, such as Earth Spirit and Zeus (with the talent). It now correctly grants +6% magic damage when 1 charge is used.
Divine Regalia would appear as a broken item (Disgraced Regalia) in the main inventory upon Spirit Bear’s death. If the inventory and backpack were full, the item would not break at all.
When Storm Spirit activated Shard while already having an Overload charge in the buff bar, he dealt twice as much damage per Shard strike because the main charge did not disappear while the ability was active. In other words, you received 6 sources of damage instead of 3.
Chen could summon his courier using the Zealot ability.
Chen restored 100% health to a Zealot if he leveled up Holy Persuasion for the first time.
Enchantress, who stole Chen’s Zealot, prevented the creep from respawning until Chen died.
Techie’s Reactive Tazer ability did not work on allied illusions. The effect was visual only: it dealt no damage and did not disarm the target if it was attacked by enemies.
After using Manta Style, Vengeful Spirit could lose the bonus 25% damage from her aura (it became 25% instead of 31%).
When Slardar used Slithereen Crush with a Shard on an enemy already marked by Corrosive Haze, he reduced the duration of the latter to 5 seconds (as with the Shard).
Arc Warden did not receive any upgrades from spells (they were always level 1).
Meepo, who placed a Moon Shard in his main inventory and one or more in his backpack, had very low attack speed values
Earlier, Mark “sikle” Lerman speculated about the release date of the next in-game event in Dota 2: “Here’s what I predict: tomorrow they’ll release another micro-teaser where Axe returns to the hero pool and gets that second buff, and then a few hours later (or maybe a day later) they’ll launch the event itself.”
