The esports organization 1w Team announced on social media a roster change for its Dota 2 team ahead of 1win Essence III. Ukrainian streamer Vladislav “Stariy_Bog” Levenets will take over the mid lane position previously held by Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov.
1win Essence III will take place online from November 12 to 18. The tournament’s prize pool is $200,000. Competing in the championship will be 1w Team, Aurora Gaming, BetBoom Team, GamerLegion, LGD Gaming, PARIVISION, Team Liquid, Team Spirit, and four teams from the play-in stage.
1w Team is on a six-game losing streak. At PARI UNIVERSE by FISSURE, the team failed to win a single map.
Stariy_Bog has already tried his hand at qualifying for a professional tournament: in November 2024, he and DkFogas played for the Banana roster in the open qualifiers for ESL One Bangkok, where the team was eliminated in the first round.
The streamer also regularly participates in media competitions. In the most recent one—the 1win Streamers League #3—his team took second place, losing to Gorgc 2–3 in the grand final.
