StrangeR commented on L1GA TEAM’s results at the 2026 Games of the Future in Dota 2

L1GA TEAM’s sports director, Alexander “StrangeR” Solomonov, spoke on his personal Telegram channel about the team’s results at the Games of the Future 2026.
Guys, I wanted to write a post about the Games of the Future, but somehow this tournament just slipped by. I just couldn’t seem to get my thoughts together. I’ll just say one thing: everything was organized pretty well—at least the part we saw.
We were met at the airport, skipped the line—and were even escorted past passport control—so everything was great. As for everything else, the most important thing is that we got to practice. Out of the six maps we played at the tournament, we played Dota on five of them, which isn’t bad in itself. Overall, this result allowed us to rethink certain things, look at them in a new light, and gave us fresh momentum in our preparations for The International—a path we’re currently on.
Earlier, L1GA TEAM’s sports director, Alexander “StrangeR” Solomonov, commented on the team’s elimination from the 2026 Esports World Cup in Dota 2, assessed the team’s performance against Standin, and shared his thoughts on the organization of the tournament in Riyadh.
