Team Liquid advances to the grand final of the 1win Essence II Dota 2 tournament
Team Liquid defeated 1w Team in the lower bracket final of 1win Essence II in Dota 2 and advanced to the tournament’s grand final.
Samuel “Boxi” Swan’s team secured a victory over 1w Team, dominating both maps and leaving their opponents no chance to turn the series around.
As a result, Team Liquid advanced to the grand final, while 1w Team exits the tournament in 3rd place.
The 1win Essence II Dota 2 Championship is taking place from July 30 to August 5. Ten teams are participating in the online tournament, six of which remain in contention at this time. The competition’s prize pool is $200,000.
