Team Yandex defeated LGD Gaming in the BLAST Slam VII playoffs
Team Yandex defeated LGD Gaming in the upper bracket semifinals of the BLAST Slam VII playoffs.
The match ended with a score of 2-1. On the first map, the South American team struggled to find their rhythm—the kill count was 5-40, and Yandex held a 42,000 gold lead. On the second map, LGD Gaming evened the series thanks to a fast-paced Kez played by Yuma Benjamin “Yuma” Langlet. At match point, despite a close battle, Team Yandex managed to defeat their opponent.
Thus, Team Yandex remains one step away from the BLAST Slam VII Grand Final, while LGD drops to the lower bracket semifinals.
Team Yandex’s next match will take place in the BLAST Slam VII upper bracket final, and their opponent will be determined after the BetBoom Team vs. Team Falcons match, which will be held tomorrow at 12:00 PM Moscow time.
