Four days after the release of support bundles for participating teams and production staff, the prize pool for The International 2026 has reached $2,398,952.
The TI prize pool is comprised of an initial $1,600,000 contributed by Valve, plus 30% of the proceeds from sales of support packs for participating teams and broadcast crew members. As a result, The International 2026 is outpacing the growth rates of the 2024 and 2025 tournaments in the series.
The International 2026, the season-ending tournament for Dota 2, will take place August 13–23 in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China. The 16 strongest teams from around the world will compete for the chance to have their names engraved on the Champions’ Aegis.
