32 heroes went unused during the 2026 Future Games Dota 2 tournament, while the Forces of Darkness’ win rate stood at 40%. Check out our article for tournament statistics.

In total, participants played 72 maps, with an average duration of 42 minutes per map. The difference in win probability between the sides was 20%: the Dark Forces’ win rate barely exceeded 40%. Players went on three rampages during the tournament. Lou “lou” Zhen, playing for Yakult Brothers, demonstrated the greatest versatility: he played 12 different heroes throughout the event.

The most popular heroes were Hoodwink, Mirana, and Centaur Warrunner, while the most frequently banned were Treant Protector, Lone Druid, and Puck. In the first stage, Hoodwink and Undying were picked most often, while Treant and Lone Druid were removed from the pool.

Thirty-two heroes remained unpicked: Abaddon, Ancient Apparition, Anti-Mage, Arc Warden, Bloodseeker, Bounty Hunter, Chaos Knight, Chen, Crystal Maiden, Dazzle, Dragon Knight, Elder Titan, Kunkka, Legion Commander, Mars, Medusa, Meepo, Monkey King, Muerta, Night Stalker, Outworld Destroyer, Phantom Assassin, Pugna, Queen of Pain, Razor, Riki, Silencer, Skywrath Mage, Troll Warlord, Visage, Warlock, and Wraith King.

The Dota 2 Games of the Future 2026 tournament featured a $1,000,000 prize pool. The tournament took place from July 31 to August 5, with PlayTime taking first place after defeating Yakult Brothers 3–0 in the final. PT fielded an international roster due to the situation with ESIC.
