The Apex Legends Global Series: 2026 Split 2 Playoffs will begin on October 29 in Las Vegas. Forty teams will compete in the tournament for a $2 million prize pool and ALGS points. Read on for details on the tournament format, rosters, Day 1 schedule, and broadcast information.
Format
Group Stage
The group stage will take place on October 29–30, local time. The participants have been divided into four groups of ten teams each. Each group will face the other three groups: one series consists of six matches, so each team will play 18 matches.
Based on the results of this stage, an overall standings table will be compiled for all 40 participants:
- 1st–20th places — advance to the upper bracket;
- 21st–40th places — advance to the first round of the lower bracket.
Knockout Stage
The knockout stage will take place on October 31, local time. Teams will play six matches in each series.
The top 20 teams from the group stage will compete in the upper bracket:
- 1st–10th place — advance to the final;
- 11th–20th places — advance to the second round of the lower bracket.
The first round of the lower bracket will feature the teams that finished in 21st–40th place in the group stage:
- 1st–10th place — advance to the second round of the lower bracket;
- 11th–20th place — eliminated from the tournament.
In the second round of the lower bracket, ten teams from the upper bracket will face off against the ten winners of the first round of the lower bracket:
- 1st–10th place — advance to the final;
- 11th–20th place — eliminated from the tournament.
Final
Twenty teams will compete in the final. The final round will take place on November 1, local time.
The winner will be determined using the match-point system. First, a team must score at least 50 points, and then win one of the following matches. The team that is the first to fulfill both conditions will be crowned champion. The remaining places will be determined by the total points scored in the final.

A team receives one point for each kill. Additional points are awarded based on final match standings:
- 1st place — 12 points;
- 2nd place — 9 points;
- 3rd place — 7 points;
- 4th place — 5 points;
- 5th place — 4 points;
