“Operations” Events
“Polaris” Patrol
The event’s storyline centers on the professional and personal crisis faced by Demulen, director of the “Haavk” security service. An accident in Cosmogorod, the AZ3 crisis, the ambitious Hudson’s disregard for the rules, as well as the doubts and accusations of her daughter Kami, force Demulen to make a choice: continue to follow the rules and climb the career ladder, or take radical measures to eliminate Hudson.
The mode will become available after the update on October 15.
Mode available: from 3:00 a.m. on October 16, 2026, to 5:00 a.m. on January 26, 2027, Moscow Time.

Gameplay:
- In the “Polaris” patrol mode, you can choose to play as Demoulin or an aide-de-camp. Once you select a role, your appearance and abilities will change accordingly.
- Upon entering a match, you’ll assume the role of Demulen or an aide and gain entirely new abilities to fight the invaders. The Demulen squad also features unique mechanics that come into play during the match.
- Allied “Haavk” fighters remain neutral toward the Demulen squad (except for Hudson’s units);
- The outcome is determined by the results of the operation, for which performance points are awarded.
- Advancing your performance rank unlocks exclusive Director’s Supplies and limited-edition skins. Rewards from the Director’s Crates may contain limited-edition red-quality collectibles.
- Completing the Director’s and Adjutant’s missions earns performance points. Complete all tasks to receive an exclusive Medal of Honor.
- Unlike the “Hunt for the Fire Owl” event, in the “Polaris Patrol” event, IPGU operatives also earn performance points by defeating Demulen’s squad in a match.
- IPGU operatives who defeat Demulen have a chance to find limited-edition red-quality collectibles in her mezzanine.
-
Role Requirements:
- Security Director Demulen: Complete “The Demulen File” to unlock the Demulen character. To enter a match as Demulen, you must use the Security Director’s access pass. Demulen can enter a match alone or with an aide.
- Aide: Two roles are available—Heavy Guard and Communications Officer. These are unlocked by default and do not require the Security Director’s access pass. For an Aide to join a match, Demulen must be in the squad.
- Demulen’s Squad Gear: You can customize gear manually or use gear tickets and exclusive custom gear tickets.
- Special Access: Demulen can use the service elevator and an exclusive evacuation point in the Cosmogorod garden. If IPGU fighters eliminate Demulen, they can pick up her special access card in the mezzanine sector and use this exclusive access.
- Security Director service passes can be purchased at the supply station for 250,000 “Technic” alloy units each. Initially, 4 passes are available for purchase; one additional purchase slot is restored every 21 hours (you can accumulate a maximum of 8 passes).
-
Overview of the Demoulin Squad’s Abilities:
-
“Security Director—Anaïs Demoulin”:
- Tactical Equipment: Neural Network-Controlled Vehicle. Deploys and takes control of the “Haavk,” an advanced neural network-controlled vehicle for remote combat operations. This combat vehicle is equipped with a multifunctional weapon module featuring several combat modules, including a machine gun, a grenade launcher, a threat visualization system, and a homing demolition drone.
- Tactical Gear: Threat Visualization System. Activates a visualization system that scans for nearby threats, marks them, and transmits target data to teammates. While active, it improves ergonomics and increases movement speed while aiming, depending on the type of weapon used, and provides additional enhancements. While in a vehicle, she can lock onto enemy targets, allowing certain types of weapons to use guidance.
- Tactical Equipment: Self-Guided Demolition Drone. Launches a homing demolition drone that moves forward in search of enemies. Upon detecting a target, it automatically locks onto it and begins pursuit, then explodes after a short delay.
- Weakness Analysis. Demulen inflicts a long-lasting weakness effect on affected enemies. Affected targets repair their armor more slowly and use certain medical items more slowly, which increases their recovery time. If a target enters the dying state, their blood loss rate increases, and their mobility while knocked down decreases.
-
“Aide-de-Camp — Athos Leal”:
- Tactical Equipment: Remote Bomb. Throws a remote bomb. Once attached, it can be detonated manually, or it will explode automatically after a long delay. The bomb can be attached to a neural network-controlled vehicle. Once attached, the time until automatic detonation is significantly extended.
- Tactical Equipment: Smoke Grenade. Throws a smoke grenade that explodes on impact. The grenade can be attached to a neural network-controlled vehicle, and for a set period of time, it will continuously emit smoke from the attachment point.
- Operator Ability: “Haavk” Elite. Can drag allies to safety. If the aide is near Demulen or a neural network-controlled vehicle, and one of them deals direct damage to an enemy operative, the aide’s movement speed temporarily increases.
-
“Aide-de-Camp — Aramis Orgey”:
- Tactical Equipment: Signal Rocket. Fires a signal rocket. After traveling a set distance, it hovers in place and periodically scans the area for enemy operatives. The flare can be mounted on a neural network-controlled vehicle, after which it will periodically scan the area from its mounting point.
- Tactical Ammunition: Airburst Shell. Fires an airburst shell that detonates after a fixed amount of time, dealing damage. The shell can be mounted on a neural network-controlled vehicle, though the time until detonation remains unchanged.
- Operator Ability: “Haavk” Elite. Can drag allies to safety. If the aide is near Demulen or a neural network-controlled vehicle, and one of them deals direct damage to an enemy operative, the aide’s movement speed temporarily increases.

Mission Overview:
- Decoding the specific range of neural frequencies used by Anais Demoulin, director of the “Haavk” security service, has made it possible to model the perception and behavioral patterns of her neural device. Immersing yourself in this simulation should help uncover the story behind the “Polaris” patrol.
- The Demoulin File: Demoulin’s most cherished personal memories are gradually revealed within a highly secure vault. The five memories contained in the vault allow you to explore her past by syncing with them.
- Unlocked at Level 33 in “Operations,” it includes five mission branches, from which players must select and complete three.
- Upon completing the “Demulen File,” the option to play as Demulen in “Polaris Patrol” mode is unlocked, and access to the Director’s missions in the “Polaris Trial” is granted.
- “Polaris” Trial: The main missions in this mode include Director’s tasks and Aide’s tasks. To complete the associated trials, you must select the appropriate role. The trials reveal the story unfolding at the “Haavk” workplace and yield exclusive rewards—operative replicas.
- Personal Inbox: Access to Demulen’s corporate email at “Haavk” is now available. As players progress through the “Polaris” trial and increase their efficiency rank, they will receive various emails from Demulen’s social network.
