Esports player Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutsky spoke about Counter-Strike 2 during a personal Twitch stream, assessed Team Spirit’s chances of winning PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 and Nemiga Gaming’s current form, and also discussed a possible sniper replacement for BetBoom Team and the future of his media team.
You don’t have to do anything to play well. This game is so dumb that, damn it, I don’t know—even if you’re a noob, you can still jump in and play just fine. Everything just works here. People who’ve never played don’t have a concept of… I don’t know how to explain it. It’s as casual as it gets.
Spirit could very well win the tournament. They need to get into a groove now during the group stage—luckily, they have time. They’ve already lost to [BetBoom Team], which means they’ll have to play at least one more match.
Nemiga has done pretty well, I’d say. At the last championship, they beat Luminosity and FaZe there, and now they’ve already beaten Legacy. <...> Overall, Nemiga seems to lack experience—they haven’t played much on the Tier 1 scene yet, so the matches are tough for them.
Sanyok is playing well—why replace him? If molodoy joins BetBoom instead of zorte, that’s okay; a player of that caliber [would be a boost]. Danok is tough, of course, but I don’t know. Sanya is doing his job. If anything, it seems like he’s stepped up his game in this championship.
I don’t know about tournaments [with the team]. Everyone’s busy with their own things right now; we can’t get together.
Earlier, Perfecto, as part of krytiepacani, competed at WINLINE CIS LAN #8—during the tournament, the team defeated Omega and DARKWALL but lost to UPGRADE Team in the quarterfinals with a score of 0–2. The media team finished the event in 5th–8th place and earned $750.
