Data miner Avi “Thour” Thour reported on his personal X account that a new M14 sniper rifle may be coming to Counter-Strike 2. According to him, relevant data was discovered in the game files.
LEAK — A new sniper rifle (M14) may soon be coming to CS2. According to data found in the weapons.vdata file, it will cost $4,100 and come with five rounds in the store.
Valve previously released an update for Counter-Strike 2 that changed the map selection system for Premier matches, added a new Rush mode and clan tags, and made a number of adjustments to gameplay and in-game scripts.
