Analyst Finn “Mischief” Farrer has presented an updated forecast on the chances of teams from the North American and Asian regions qualifying for the PGL Major Singapore 2026. The expert shared this information on his personal page on the social network X.
In the North American region, Legacy and FURIA hold the lead, with a 99.99% probability of advancing—these two teams are in contention for invites to the third stage of the championship. Currently, 9z Team is in Stage 2 with a 95.9% probability. In the qualification zone for the first stage are M80 (95.9%), MIBR (95.9%), Team Liquid (95.8%), DENDELE CS (94.3%), Wildcard (81.1%), and Imperial Esports (56.5%). Wildcard, in particular, has shown significant improvement in its metrics following its latest results. The biggest underperformer among the contenders was NRG, whose chances dropped to 34.4% due to a lack of competitive opportunities. Of the remaining contenders, Fluxo W7M (20.7%) and paiN Gaming (20.5%) are closest to the coveted qualification zone, while BESTIA (6.9%), ShindeN (5.2%), Team Voca (3.2%), and SportsBetExpert (0.9%) have virtually no chance of qualifying.
In the Asian region, BC.Game Esports is currently projected to be the sole representative in the second stage, with a probability of 88.5%. FlyQuest (79.0%), TYLOO (73.5%), Chinggis Warriors (70.5%), and The MongolZ (66.5%). The analyst noted a significant rise for Chinggis Warriors, while the positions of TYLOO and The MongolZ are now under threat. If they get off to a poor start at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026, they risk being overtaken by their pursuers due to the large number of available points in the region. Among the teams trailing behind, Lynn Vision Gaming (55.0%) and 5star eSports (44.6%) pose the greatest competition to the leaders. Sashi Esport (9.6%) and NEXVOID (8.5%) have all but lost their chances of securing an invite.
In yesterday’s simulation of the European region’s rankings by Finn “Mischief” Ferrer, MOUZ, Team Spirit, Team Vitality, and Team Falcons retained their lead with a 99.99% probability of qualifying. However, the analyst’s forecast noted scheduling conflicts for Natus Vincere and Ninjas in Pyjamas in late October, which could lead to a loss of points and a potential decline in their competitive standings.
